Our
agency just completed hosting the Association
of Natural Resources Enforcement Trainers
(ANRET) annual conference at your Wildwood
Lodge hotel (June 18-21, 2006). This group
was comprised of approximately 60 individuals
representing many of the States, every Canadian
Province (including the Yukon and NWT),
Jamaica, Monserrat, and New Zealand.
I
initially started working on making the arrangements
at your hotel last year with your sales representative,
Cheryl Math. She has truly been a pleasure
to work with.
Throughout
the conference we worked with a number of
your staff, including Jenn, Ron,JC, Joan,
Dena and Tammy. They were all exceptionally
friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating.
They made our job as hosts much easier. Many
of the attendees commented to me about the
friendliness of your staff. This group particularly
appreciated the unique “outdoorsy”
ambience of your Hotel.
On

apologize for being so late in thanking you
for the excellent upgrade you gave me in rooms
that last time I stayed at the Wildwood. It
was a long session for me at the Iowa Association
of Realtors and up on my feet 9 hours a day.
It was delightful to be able to kick back
in front of a FIREPLACE of all things and
just relax. I do know that you and your staff
don't have to give me room upgrades and I
wanted to thank you again for how well you
treat me. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere
else other than the Wildwood Lodge... and
you can use my comments in any edited format
