Mardi Gras Rajun Cajun Fest

Thunder Bay Grille partnered with the American Red Cross for their annual Mardi Gras Rajun Cajun Fest, February 26, 2006. This event raised $6,500 to help out the American Red Cross of the Quad Cities.
Rajun Cajun Fest had local chefs from Thunder Bay Grille, The Machine Shed, Johnny's Italian Steakhouse, Bent River, Blue Cat, Overtime, the Radisson, Froehlich's, The Captain's Table, and The Shack who created sample portions of Cajun style appetizers, entrée's and desserts.
