The Machine Shed Restaurant Wins Taste of Elegance People’s Choice Award

Chef Guy DeSerio and Chef John Rogers of the Illinois Machine Shed Restaurant in Rockford won the Taste of Elegance People’s Choice Award yesterday at a contest held by The Illinois Pork Producers Association . Chefs were selected from across Illinois in search of the best pork entrée served in Illinois. The chefs of the Machine Shed Restaurant were hand selected as pork industry leaders. The Machine Shed chefs prepared a Grilled Boneless Apple Bacon wrapped Maytag Blue cheese Pork Chop served with a Soy BBQ Pull Pork Egg Roll.
