POSITION: Night Audit
DETAILS: Looking for an individual that sleeps during the day is motivated, responsible, dependable, detail-oriented and good with numbers. Your responsibilities would include checking guests in and out of the hotel, handling cash, answering the telephone, ensuring guest safety, and auditing all of the daily transactions. POSITION: : Guest Service Agents
DETAILS: Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction Promptly and effectively deal with guest complaints and requests Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, Amenities, and selling strategies Take reservation requests efficiently Answer switchboard in accordance with standards of proper telephone etiquette Please apply in person or fill out an on-line application. 12/17

POSITION: Maintenance Staff
DETAILS: Responding in a Courteous Manner to Guest Questions, Complaints or Requests. Locating and Correcting In-room Heating, Air Conditioner and Ventilation Malfunction, and adjusting PTAC Units to include Systems and Control Checks. Making Systematic Checks on all Guest Room Electrical Appliances, Circuits, being able to repair most in Room Defects. Handling all in Room Repair in Regards to Removing and Replacing Bathroom Tile, Painting, Repairing Wallboard, Wall Vinyl, Carpentry, etc. Utilizing Basic Hand and Power Tools Required for General Maintenance. POSITION: : Banquet Server (Seasonal)
DETAILS: Greet Guests, Answers Questions, makes Suggestions regarding Service. Interacts Verbally with all Guests creating a Friendly Atmosphere. Delivers Food and Drinks to Guests in a Timely Manner. Observes Guests and Responds Promptly to any Additional Requests.
