College Recruiting

Heart of America Restaurants & Inns works with regional colleges to recruit graduating seniors to work in our restaurants and hotels as well as upper classmen and women that are interested in completing internships in their chosen profession. We offer exciting entry-level hospitality positions and are constantly recruiting for properties in Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Omaha, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

We recruit during the fall and spring semesters and recruit from the following schools:
