3. Turn RIGHT onto ARMY POST RD.
4. Turn LEFT onto IA-28 S.
5. Merge onto IA-5 N.
6. Keep STRAIGHT to take I-35 N toward MINNEAPOLIS.
7. Take the Mills Civic Parkway exit.
