For Sports, University, Association, Tours, and Family
We are a fresh new choice for group events, motor coach,
and other types of group events coming to the Jordan
Creek area in West Des Moines Iowa. All motor coach
tour groups at the Holiday Inn and Suites in Jordan
Creek receive additional complimentary services including:
free room for the driver per 15 paid, a step-on greeting,
a welcome reception in the lobby, bus-cleaning, itinerary
planning, and help organizing group meals.
Group Travel Services:
1. Welcome Reception (Cookies, Coffee, Juice)
2. Express Check-In/Checkout
3. Upon Arrival a hotel representative will board bus
with welcome speech.
4. Luggage Handling available for $50.00 per Coach
5. Parting gift for escort and drawing giving away to
prizes to participants
6. Cleaning of the bus after the luggage is delivered
7. One complimentary room per 15 paid rooms
A $500 dollar deposit is required to hold rooms. Cancellation
Policy: 30 or more days prior to arrival will net a full
refund of your deposit. Cancellations 29-15 days prior
will be charged a $100.00 service fee. Cancellations 14
days or less will forfeit the entire deposit.
Our accommodations are spacious and comfortable, ideal
for groups coming to the Greater Des Moines area.
