GROUP TRAVEL
Welcome Group Travelers and Group Planners to Des
Moines
We are the consummate host for group events, motor
coach, and other types of group events. All motor coach
tour groups receive additional complimentary services
including: free room for the driver per 15 paid, a step-on
greeting, welcome reception in the lobby, bus-cleaning,
itinerary planning, and help organizing group meals.
Motor coach Travel Services:
- Welcome Reception (Cookies, Coffee, Juice)
- Express Check-In/Checkoute
- Upon Arrival a hotel representative will board bus
with welcome speech
- Luggage Handling available for $50.00 per Coach
- Parting gift for escort and drawing giving away
to prizes to participants
- Clean out bus after luggage is delivered
- One complimentary room per 15 paid rooms
A deposit is required to hold rooms. Cancellation Policy:
30 or more days prior to arrival will net a full refund
of your deposit. Cancellations 29-15 days prior will
be charged a $100.00 service fee. Cancellations 14 days
or less will forfeit the entire deposit.
